• Billing (contract performance): payment processing, subscription management

4. Data recipients

• Stripe — payment processing
• OVH — data hosting
• Anthropic — AI model provider (data sent to agents is processed in accordance with their privacy policy)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our processors (Stripe, Anthropic) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

• Account data: retained while the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Billing data: retained for 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
• Connection logs: retained for 12 months
• Anonymized usage data: retained indefinitely
